Welcome to Astrology Nakshatra. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, enrolling in a course, making a payment, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. About Astrology Nakshatra
Astrology Nakshatra provides astrology-related services and educational programs, which may include:

Services may be provided online or through other communication methods made available by Astrology Nakshatra.
2. Nature of Astrology Services
Astrology, numerology, Vastu, and related services are interpretive in nature. Any predictions, observations, suggestions, or guidance provided during a consultation are based on astrological principles and the information supplied by the client.
Astrology Nakshatra does not guarantee that any prediction, outcome, event, or result will occur.
Our services should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions following a consultation.
3. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including where applicable:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Exact or best-known time of birth
- Place of birth
- Questions or areas of concern
- Contact information
Astrological analysis may depend significantly on the accuracy of birth details. Astrology Nakshatra is not responsible for inaccurate readings or interpretations resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the client.
4. Booking and Appointment Confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not necessarily mean that an appointment has been confirmed.
A consultation slot will be considered confirmed only after the applicable booking requirements, including payment where required, have been completed and confirmation has been provided by Astrology Nakshatra.
Appointment availability may change until the booking is confirmed.
5. Payments
All applicable consultation, course, mentorship, or other service fees must be paid through the payment methods made available by Astrology Nakshatra.
The customer is responsible for entering correct payment and contact information.
Where only partial or advance payment is accepted, the remaining balance must be paid according to the terms communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to complete the required payment may result in cancellation or withholding of the booking or service.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility will be governed by the policy communicated at the time of booking and any separate Cancellation & Refund Policy published by Astrology Nakshatra.
Where rescheduling is permitted, clients should contact Astrology Nakshatra as early as reasonably possible.
Astrology Nakshatra reserves the right to reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative appointment.
7. Follow-Up Questions
Where included with a consultation, clients may submit reasonable clarification or follow-up questions relating to the completed consultation within 24 hours after the consultation.
The follow-up facility is intended for clarification of the original consultation and does not constitute a new consultation.
Questions involving substantially new topics or requiring a new analysis may require a separate paid consultation.
8. Astrology Classes and Courses
Astrology Nakshatra may provide online classes, beginner-to-advanced courses, personal mentorship, recorded materials, notes, or other educational resources.
Course schedules, duration, fees, access periods, and other requirements may vary and will be communicated separately.
Enrollment in a course does not guarantee any particular professional, financial, employment, business, or personal outcome.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original course materials, notes, videos, graphics, website content, teaching materials, branding, logos, and other materials supplied by Astrology Nakshatra remain the intellectual property of Astrology Nakshatra or their respective rights holders.
Materials provided for personal learning may not be reproduced, resold, republished, distributed, uploaded, commercially exploited, or shared with third parties without prior permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
10. Recording of Consultations and Classes
Clients and students must not record, reproduce, publish, livestream, distribute, or commercially use consultations or classes without prior permission from Astrology Nakshatra.
If Astrology Nakshatra intends to record a session in circumstances requiring consent, appropriate notice or consent will be obtained as required by applicable law.
11. Client Conduct
Clients and students are expected to communicate respectfully.
Astrology Nakshatra may refuse or discontinue service in cases involving abusive, threatening, fraudulent, unlawful, or seriously disruptive conduct, subject to applicable consumer laws and any refund obligations that may apply.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, communication platforms, analytics services, or other technology providers.
Those third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Astrology Nakshatra is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party systems outside its reasonable control, subject to rights that customers may have under applicable law.
